An open living area with a wood-burning stove, a large sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed), smart TV and direct access to the terrace. A modern spiral staircase leads upstairs. Firewood is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine and breakfast bar. The long wooden table seats eight.

Sleeping

Three bedrooms and a sofa bed

Every room has twin beds of 90 × 200 cm that can be pushed together into a 180 × 200 cm double on request. In the living room, the sofa bed pulls out to 180 cm wide. That sleeps up to 8 adults plus a baby. The main bedroom has space for a cot – bookable for children up to 3 (€20 per stay). The main bedroom also has a desk, an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and a view of the Velebit mountains. Room 2 has a small balcony with mountain views.

Three bathrooms

Bright, simple, with wood. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower for the other two rooms, and downstairs a shower room near the garden and hot tub. Towels and bed linen are ready when you arrive.

The hot tub

On a wooden deck in the middle of the meadow, with sun loungers and a parasol. In front of you the Velebit mountains, nothing else. The hot tub runs all year round, even in the snow.

Around the barbecue

Many guests stay out here half the night: a cold beer – ideally a Velebitsko – the crackle of the fire and a sky full of stars above.
